Terms of Service
By signing up for or using the Fenk AI mobile application or website (the "Service") you agree to the terms below. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fenk AI. Keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer models, spam, or violate laws. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security risks.
You retain ownership over the prompts, files, and outputs you create with Fenk AI. By submitting content, you grant Fenk AI a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Double-check critical information, and do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, or emergency advice.
Certain features require payment. Unless otherwise noted, fees are non-refundable and billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. We may discontinue the Service or remove content if you breach Terms or create risk for other users.
Fenk AI is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenk AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law rules.
