This Privacy Policy describes how Fenk Labs, Inc. ("Fenk AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Fenk AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Account data. Email, name or alias, and device identifiers needed to set up an account.
Content you submit. Prompts, notes, files, or recordings you choose to sync with Fenk AI.
Usage data. Diagnostics, crash reports, and feature metrics that help improve the app.

How we use information

We process personal data to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including:

Delivering AI responses that stay in context and reflect your instructions.
Providing customer support, safety checks, and troubleshooting.
Developing new features and preventing abuse or system misuse.

Your choices

Manage permissions in the in-app Privacy Center.
Export a machine-readable copy of your data from Settings → Privacy → Export.
Submit removal requests through our Account Deletion page.
