How to delete your Fenk AI account

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by following the steps below.

1. Open the Fenk AI app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select "Delete Account" and confirm.

Data handling

• Account information and user-generated content (chat messages) are permanently deleted after the request is processed.
• Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

Deleting Messages and Chat History

Users can delete their messages and chat history at any time without deleting their account.

Message deletion is available in two ways:

1. From the chat list: Users can delete entire conversations directly from the chat history screen.
2. From within a conversation: Users can delete individual messages or clear the entire conversation using the delete options inside the chat.

Deleted messages and conversations are permanently removed from the user's account and cannot be recovered.
